As per the discussion with the devs, here are a few points.
1. Energy regeneration seems to be working as intended. However, the devs will take a closer look on it.
2. Post fail issues could happen due to "unstable internet connection", "server congestion" and other one off accidents. The devs will be examining this issue in more details.
3. Withdrawal details not being displayed. (A "sever error" message will be displayed instead) This is a known issue that is currently being worked on we speak. You can expect this issue to be fixed very soon.
4. "Withdrawal Fail". (If you see your withdrawal "fail", with your withdrawal amount getting returned to you. Then this is not an issue, it simply means your withdrawal request has been revoked.)
We would recommend that you read the Pixie Convention carefully and adjust your social behaviours accordingly.
5. Some users may experience their purchased Camera not being displayed in their NFT Inventory. This issue is known to the devs and are being worked on as we speak. You can expect this issue to be fixed soon.
6. We will be updating the app to include a Issue Submitting System so that users can submit issues (Withdrawal, Camera and Bug report) directly in the app for the devs to take a look at.

Following up on yesterday's bug fixings. Devs have let me know that the following has been fixed.
1. Withdrawal details displaying "server error". (Fixed)
2. Users who submitted a form through the Camera Purchase Complaint portal should have already received their Purchased Camera.
3. Energy regeneration & Post fail issue is currently being examined, and plans are being made.
4. Again, "Withdrawal Fail". (If you see your withdrawal "fail", with your withdrawal amount getting returned to you. Then this is not an issue; it simply means your withdrawal request has been revoked.)
